OK, just checked this site out (had a spare 2 minutes) and there are
few reasons I would never consider giving this person any business:

1. He/she is a spammer.

2. The website site is very poorly designed and looks very amateurish.
For a start, do we really care what the site was created with (unless
it was mentioned to stop people thinking it was created with Frontpage)?

3. Most of the examples shown seem to be of images that do not belong
to this person. Do the copyright owners know?

4. Does not even have a proper domain for the site.

5. No contact other than a "gmail" account. I never trust any business
that does not have a "proper" email account AND a contact phone number.

6. There is no way of knowing who this person is or where they are
situated (apart from Pheonix, Arizona - a big place). I never trust
any business that does not have a mailing address.

7. Every service offered on the site can be acheived by a ten year old
using free software.

There may be many other reasons but it is quite clear that his person
really has not put a lot of thought into how to present his business to
prospective, paying punters so I dread to think what the actual service
would be like.
